The transfer of data via electronic-mails shall be abiding to the "confidentiality, integrity and availability" norms set by Valency Networks. Therefore; all the content exchanged, transferred via @valencynetworks.com e-mail domain shall be intended as confidential data. The information of the company and its utilization shall be restricted to people involved in the conversation and are requested not to use the same without prior authorization, to communicate or share with unauthorized, third party entities or subsidiaries or the organizations. Entities and subsidiaries given access to @valencynetworks.com credential to transfer, exchange data ,information, documents etc shall be held responsible for all the text, data matter included in the e-mail being shared with or sent to the involved recipients of the e-mail for any possible reasons (i.e. business, marketing, sales, business service ,otherwise). Valency Networks rigorously practices policies stated by IT Act of India (including but not limited to the POSH, 67B of the IT Act (2008)).
